Our pressure vessel and tank fabrication size is 13’ diameter x 100’ length and 50,000 lbs. maximum weight.
We work with Carbon Steel (including low temperature), Stainless Steel, Monel, Hastalloy and other exotic materials.
If required, we can provide in house CAD, including FEA and Solid Modeling.
Our in house testing include L.D.P. to C.G.S.B., Mag. Particle to C.G.S.G., Hydrostatic to 10,000 psi and Pneumatic to 500 psi.
Qualifications include A.S.M.E. “U” Stamp, Section VIII,Division 1, National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors, Canadian Welding Bureau, Certificate of Authorization from P.E.O., American Welding Society, Transport Canada TC 330/331.
