We are experienced custom roll builders who supply a large variety of precision rolls, arbors and shaft configurations for a diverse base of industrial O.E.M. and user applications.

Since 1965 in our 50,000 square foot plant, we have manufactured solid and fabricated rolls, shafts & arbors from small to 72” diameter x 30’ length.

In house dynamic balancing to 7500 lbs.

CNC shaft and arbor turning up to 22” diameter x 240” length with CAD/CAM capabilities.

In house OD grinding up to 60” diameter x 240” length, including radial crowning and tapering.

As an added service, we can supply bearing and housings shaft mounted, inboard or outboard and ready for your line installation. This saves time, simplifies purchasing and assures one-source responsibility for roll performance.
