Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers

Our plants PRESSURE VESSEL fabrication size is
11' (diameter) X 50' (length) and 50,000 lbs. maximum weight.

We work with Carbon Steel (including low temperature), Stainless
Steel, Monel, Hastalloy and other exotic materials.

If required, we provide in-house CAD including FEA and Solid Modeling.

Our in-house testing include L.D.P. to C.G.S.B., Mag. Particle to C.G.S.B.,
Hydrostatic to 10,000 psi and Pneumatic to 500 psi.

Qualification include A.S.M.E. "U" Stamp, Section VIII, Division 1,
National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors,
Canadian Welding Bureau, Certificate of Authorization from P.E.O.,
American Welding Society, Transport Canada TC 330/331.

Our HEAT EXCHANGER shop capabilities are
11' (diameter) X 50' (max. length) and 50,000 lbs. maximum weight.

In-house Thermal and Mechanical design is available
as well as CAD including FEA.

We fabricate Air receivers, Fin tube coolers, Fin tube economizers, Fin tube heaters,
Condensers, Distillation towers, Absorption units, Strippers, Shell and tubes.

Our qualifications include A.S.M.E. "U Stamp, Section VIII, Division 1, TEMA, etc.

In-house testing is L.D.P. to C.G.S.B., MAG particle to C.G.S.B.,
Hydrostatic to 3000 psi and Pneumatic to 500 psi.
